1.) Procedure Text is categorited to three types :
=> Instruction Procedural Text, a procedure text which is used to instruct someone. ( Example : How to use a computer, how to use a telephone, dll )
=> How To Make Procedural Text : a procedure text which is similar to instruction text, but this text is more used to making something like foods and drinks. ( Example : How to make a donut, how to make a plate of fried rice, dll. )

2.) Tips is something like suggestion, which is told to help someone's problem. (Example : 10 tips to help you become smarter, used for helping someone become smarter.)
